These Terms of Service set the rules for using Sexting Chat. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
By using Sexting Chat you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Sexting Chat.
3. Fictional characters
All companions are fictional, depicted as adults and created for entertainment. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
4. Not a real person
Companions are not real humans and do not provide professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
6. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, harmful, harassing or that violates the rights of others.
8. Prohibited content
You may not request or share content involving minors, non-consent, real people without permission or illegal acts.
9. No misuse
You may not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service or its security.
10. Content you send
You keep ownership of your messages and grant us a licence to store and process them to run the service.
11. Generated content
Content produced in chats is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
12. Intellectual property
The Sexting Chat name, logo, characters, artwork and site design belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
13. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid plan. Prices and features are shown before purchase.
14. Billing and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in account settings.
15. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
16. Virtual items
Credits or tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may expire as described at purchase.
17. Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features at any time to improve Sexting Chat.
18. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice.
19. Closing your account
You may close your account at any time from settings.
20. Third-party services
Links or integrations with other services are governed by those services' own terms.
21. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
22. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sexting Chat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
23. Indemnity
You agree to cover losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.
24. Wellbeing
If you feel distressed, please reach out to a trusted person or local support line. Companions are not a crisis service.
25. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
26. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Sexting Chat is operated, unless local law says otherwise.
27. Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
28. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
29. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
